Who We Are

Grootspeed was founded with one goal: to make motorsports more accessible for women.

Racing is one of the most expensive sports in the world, and many talented drivers never get the opportunity to compete because of financial barriers. Grootspeed exists to change that.

Through scholarships, mentorship, coaching, and our own race team, we're building a pathway that helps women progress from their first track day to competitive racing.

Our Programs

  • Helping female drivers with:

    • Entry fees

    • Safety equipment

    • Driver coaching

    • Travel expenses

    Outstanding participants may earn a funded season with the Grootspeed Endurance Team.

  • Our race team provides opportunities for developing female drivers to gain valuable race experience.

    Current goals include:

    • Spec Miata competition

    • NASA Arizona events

    • SCCA competition

    • Driver coaching and testing

    • Endurance racing development

  • Introducing women to motorsports through:

    • Ride-alongs

    • Track day experiences

    • Driver presentations

    • Basic driving instruction

    • Networking with experienced racers
